Do you enjoy the beautiful blue, pink, purple, and white hydrangeas and urns of flowers that appear in downtown Fall River and on the city waterfront each summer?  Chances are, the floral delights you see are the fruit of CAN's beautification initiative, Hortensia: The Hydrangea Project. 

Every year since 2018, with the help of our community partners and volunteers, Creative Arts Network Inc. has planted dozens of hydrangeas and other flowers in key locations throughout the city.  Our initiative helps to create an attractive city, which in turn supports tourism and economic development, improves the quality of life, and enhances the experience for visitors. We hope you enjoy its bright and colorful results!
